  • Karen Lê, MA, LPCC (CO), LSC

My journey to becoming a counselor began after experiencing complicated loss and discovering how deeply I could hold onto hope. Through that process, I came to understand how attachment style, self-esteem, and core beliefs shape our ability to face uncertainty. Today, this insight guides how I support clients navigating change and barriers beyond their control, including grief and loss, racial trauma, and identity exploration.

Outside of work, you can find me in lively book club discussions, rolling dice with friends in Dungeons & Dragons, or exploring the outdoors and staying connected with my community.
