Out-of-Network Benefits

If you are in-network with any other insurance companies, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill so that you can seek reimbursement. Some clients have out of network benefits and will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies. If this the case, clients pay our full rate and then send the Superbill to their insurance company to receive reimbursement directly from them.

Self-Pay Rates:

Post-graduate clinicians: $150 per hour long individual session | $180 per 80 minutes couples/relationship session

Doctoral Level Clinicians: $225 per hour long individual, relationship, family sessions.

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, Debit cards, HSA accounts, Cash, Check

We offer a sliding scale for a limited amount of clients. Sliding scale pricing is a type of fee structure where people with fewer resources may be able to pay a lower fee than those listed above. Please inquire for more details.

Good Faith Estimate Notice:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers, including therapists, need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775.
